Hello , I am relatively new
to Helis but I have been involved with R/C for about
seven years. I got into Helis about 3 years ago
and within a short time I got rid of all my planks.
I enjoy flying a controlled style that I feel is
aggressive but yet smooth and this is what I like to
teach. I believe in safety first and if you can be
safe you can certainly have a good time. I have been
fortunate to have the help of many of my peers and this
is why I started teaching. HC , Kam and Ray have
helped me to develop into a safe and controlled pilot
and YES I have a great time also.
I am a Rep for the
following companies; Hodges Hobbies, RHR, V-Blades,
Morgan Fuels, Duralite Plus, Extreem 3-D and Miniature
Aircraft. These are all fine products and people
and I choose to Rep for these companies because I
believe in the products and the people behind the
products.
I fly a MA Fury
Extreme , Equipped with an OS C-Spec with a Perry pump,
V-Blades 710's with 95mm paddles, 105
V-tails, Gy601,GV1, MPII, 9252's and 4000mah
DuralitePlus batteries with 5.1V regulators. I fly
Cool Power 30% fuel in all my Helis and just enjoy
flight after flight.
I feel that our
school is unique because there is something for
everyone, with Basic , Intermediate, and Advanced
training. We try to group pilots at the same level
because this school is for you guys and I feel that
groups at the same level benefit more while training as
a group. Remember this is a Hobby,
HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I welcome Clint Akins (Clintstone)
to Xtreme 3D. Clintstone will focus on our
Basic and
intermediate flight training
and helicopter set up. Clint has advanced very
rapidly in his piloting
skills and is probably the best field rep that I have
ever seen. You will
not find a more enthusiastic pilot about this hobby than
clint. He will do anything
to help out fellow modelers. Clint is a true friend and
will always tell you exactly
like it is good or bad. Clint is doing on going
research and development for
new products for xtreme 3D and other companies.
